Hi, I'm Justin Schultz, currently serving as Lead Pastor at Nashville Church of the Nazarene. Over the years, I've served in youth ministry, music ministry, as an associate pastor, in executive roles, and on church boards. Through all these ministry positions, I experienced the same frustration every month: creating the Pastor's Report meant hunting through multiple calendars, email threads, spreadsheets, and handwritten notes scattered across my desk.

I'd spend so much time trying to remember what happened in ministry, who I visited, what sermons I preached, and what events we held. There had to be a better way to organize everything in one place, a digital "pastor's desk" where I could plan sermons, track member interactions, manage tasks, and easily generate monthly reports.

So I built The Pastor's Desk as a solution to a real problem I faced every day in ministry. Now, instead of hunting through multiple apps and tools, pastors can organize and monitor everything from one central place, saving time and energy for what matters most: shepherding their church.

Something I always keep in the front of my mind: we often talk about pastors as "leaders," but Jesus never called us to be leaders in the traditional sense. He said whoever wants to be first must be last. Jesus wants pastors to be servant-minded shepherds who love their church and lead by example, showing who Jesus is and who He wants us to be as Christians.
